Green Team

Each year 2-3 students are chosen from the third, fourth, and fifth grade classes to participate in Green Team. Green Team members meet weekly to empty classroom recycle bins, as well as the chips and drink pouches that are recycled in the cafeteria. Students have an opportunity to learn about, and then educate their peers, what is and is not recyclable. Green Team is a great way for students to take responsibility for themselves and the environment.
