School Learning Environment Considerations
The Cotton Creek Elementary staff is beginning the process of developing class lists for next year. Teachers at CCE are professional, hardworking, caring individuals who understand your child in the school setting. It is important that you trust our teachers in making professional decisions that focus on your child’s success both academically and social/emotionally.
As in the past, we will not accept requests for a specific teacher. Forms requesting a specific teacher will not be accepted but having other information and your input as a parent is really valuable.
Below: If you feel that there are circumstances or other information to be considered as we develop the class lists, please share this information with us on this form. We will use this information to assist us in determining the most appropriate placement for your child. For example: information about peer relationships you want us to consider...information about who a sibling(s) has had...what type of learning environment your child has succeeded with previously...what your child likes in a teacher etc.
Completing this form does not guarantee a specific classroom placement for your child.
**This form must be submitted by 3:00 pm on Tuesday, March 31st.** Learning consideration input or changes will not be considered after class lists are made in April.
